1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing or using BetSlips Predictor (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting-related content where you live if that is higher
• You are responsible for making sure that using football prediction and betting-tips content is lawful in your location
• You must not use the app where doing so is prohibited by law

3. What the App Provides

BetSlips Predictor provides football match predictions, statistics, odds information and curated betslip tips for general information and entertainment.

• Not a bookmaker: We do not accept, place or settle bets, and we do not hold or handle stakes or winnings
• No guarantees: Predictions are opinions based on analysis of available data. Football results are uncertain and no outcome is guaranteed
• Not advice: Nothing in the app is financial, investment or professional advice. Any bet you place with a third party is your own decision and at your own risk
• Third-party data: Fixtures, scores and odds come from external sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate

4. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

The app is free to download and use with advertising. We also offer an optional Premium subscription.

• Plans and prices: The available plans, their length and their price are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by country and may include taxes
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we never receive your card details
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and are charged to your store account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for
• Uninstalling: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
• Free trials and offers: If a free trial or introductory offer is available, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription
• Price changes: If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified in advance as required by the store, and you can cancel before the new price applies
• Subscription management: We use RevenueCat to verify purchases with the stores and to activate Premium in the app

6. Restoring Purchases

The app does not use sign-in accounts. Your subscription is linked to the Apple ID or Google account used to buy it. If you reinstall the app or change device, use "Restore purchases" in the app while signed in to the same store account. Subscriptions bought on one platform may not carry over to the other.

7. Refunds

Because Apple and Google process all payments, refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

8. Advertising

The free version of the app shows advertising from third-party ad networks, and some content can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app's predictions or content
• Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or its services, except where the law allows
• Bypass or tamper with advertising, subscription checks or other access controls
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users or our services

10. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, predictions, graphics and software, belongs to BetSlips Predictor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, league names, logos and other marks shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Third-Party Services

The app relies on services provided by third parties, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase and advertising partners. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps or betting operators that you choose to use.

12. Disclaimers and Responsible Gambling

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

Betting involves financial risk and can be addictive. Only bet what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and seek help from a local support organisation if gambling stops being fun.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetSlips Predictor is not liable for any betting losses, loss of profit, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, after cancelling any active subscription in your store account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, and we may change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Additional Terms for the App Store (iOS)

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and BetSlips Predictor only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content
• Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you
